Were you a magazine girl? I was. I used to collect them, hoard them and rearrange them re-reading the ones I loved and cutting up the ones I was less attached too but really I just loved the way that magazines could transport me to another space. Zines are naturally one of my favorite things as an adult because they can still educate, transport and transform.
this studio session is for you if you too were a magazine kid. Each session will provide you with the materials and direction needed to create your own zine based on different themes and prompts each month.
This month the prompt is: a zine about all the things I've ever loved.
we will explore how to catalog and document some of the most influential products, meals, songs and styles we’ve loved along the way creating a zine to hold reminders of the things we’ve held dear.
