Carla is going to guide us through the creation of a personal journaling routine sharing from her journey through creation and the benefits which intentional art led journaling can bring. Carla will guide us through a crash course on different forms of journaling teaching us how to incorporate different mediums such collaging, junk journaling, painting and sketching. Participants will leave with a provided notepad and practical examples and layouts for a personalized journaling practice.

If you like me struggle to keep up with allllll the things and want to try and be more intentional and connected with those you love this workshop is for you! We will be creating a little card box where we create a library of cards for occasions to send to those we love. Think proud of you cards, no contact congratulating cards, birthday cards, or just thinking of you cards!

all supplies will be provided but bring any little scraps that feel thoughtful or personal to you and your friends.
